A security device in Tom Lee Park …

A security device in Tom Lee Park in Memphis. I saw several of these throughout the city, some affixed to a pole (like this one), and others on mobile carts (which I saw on Beale Street the night before). The devices include security cameras and some blue flashing lights, which I guess make people feel like the cops are around—and since there are security cameras, I suppose that the cops are kind of around.
